Looking for a Richmond Record?

Use the contact that matches the record. The Sheriff's Office, led by Sheriff Eugene Brantley, handles county booking and custody. The city police departments handle their own incident records. The clerk handles the court outcome. Public hours and older brochure details can change, so call before traveling.

For a booking sheet or photo, provide the full name, aliases, approximate arrest date, and booking number if known. For a photo request, the RCSO form requires a truthful affirmation under Georgia's booking-photo law.

• For a current or recent county booking, use the RCSO roster and recent-bookings path, then call the Booking Desk if the event is very new.
• For an arrest report from Augusta, contact RCSO because Augusta's law-enforcement role is consolidated. For Hephzibah or Blythe, contact the city police or clerk for the incident record.
• For a warrant question, call RCSO at 706-821-1000 and ask whether the current procedure is by phone or in person. Do not rely on an old wanted poster.
• For a court disposition, use the Richmond Case Management Search gateway and the Clerk of Superior, State & Juvenile Court.
• For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Georgia Department of Corrections offender search.
• For federal custody, use the BOP locator. For immigration custody, use the ICE locator.

City Police Contacts

Hephzibah and Blythe have municipal police departments. Neither city was found to publish a local booking roster or city mugshot page.
