Richmond County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and is not affiliated with any government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither this service nor its advertising partners provides FCRA-covered services. The service points visitors to Richmond County and Georgia records resources; it is not a private investigation firm and is not a consumer reporting agency.

What the Service Is

This is a private reference service. It stores no official roster, booking, mugshot, or court record and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a document for a visitor.

Its role is to point toward Richmond County jail and booking resources, city police contacts, court systems, Georgia corrections, federal locators, and third-party research tools. The local examples include the RCSO booking portal, the Augusta Open Records page, and the Richmond case-search gateway. The state-stage reference is the Georgia Department of Corrections offender search. Those records may concern the Charles B. Webster Detention Center and the Richmond County Sheriff's Office, led by Sheriff Eugene Brantley. Government offices control the records and their current status.
